About me

I offer Person-centred / Existential counselling and psychotherapy. I have been counselling since 2013. My continual professional development; seminars, courses and workshops on various counselling approaches, help me maintain a good standard in my therapeutic work. As a registered member of the British Association of Counselling  and Psychotherapy (BACP) I abide by their Ethical Framework of good practice and code of conduct.

Person-Centred approach in Counselling

As your counsellor, I will offer you a safe space to express your feelings in an empathic environment where you are not being judged – it is your space – your time to talk with a person who also knows how difficult life can be.Through a respectful and trusting relationship and with confidentiality, you are warmly invited to join me in my counselling room where you can freely explore difficult feelings in relation to your presenting issues.

Existential Therapy

Existential Therapy is a unique form of psychotherapy which aims at exploring difficulties from a philosophical perspective. Existential therapy highlights our capacities and it focuses on the human condition on the whole. We aim at finding direction in life, to find meaning, to make our own meaningful choices. We strive at having courage to face difficulties head on during crisis of existence, to motivate ourselves towards knowing how to live our life during a time of insecurity. And how to have the capacity to embrace acceptance…saying ‘yes’ to our inner consent, to feel the freedom within us, together with the acceptance of our own limitations.
